Hello there! Well, I thought it'd be nice to take a break from all the AdMech posts I've been pushing lately and toss in a Shout Out post. This time around we have Tenzing posting about an alternative to the current 40k rule-set in the way of Initiative. Discussing this would require a post just as large as his, so I recommend you take a peek for yourself. As a codex-creator, this thought provoking post is something I drooled over and hope to convince my gaming group to give a shot at (that's right, the alternative he describes is playtestable.)
